Welcome to Coastal Breeze of Oak Island, our newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath Luxury Coastal House in Oak Island. Oak Island community brings together the perfection of beach living, local businesses, and all the amenities you need just steps away. Coastal Breeze offers peak Intercoastal Waterway Views, elevator, outdoor shower, indoor/outdoor living with a screened in porch, a large covered outdoor space with lights, grill, and relaxion at it's finest with a large sectional and fire table, beach access points are a short walk or golf cart ride away, along with shopping and dining right around the corner. With all the amenities within walking distance or a quick ride on a bike/golf cart your family and friends will create a memorable vacation experience and feel they are living the true island life! Our home features all new appliances, furniture, décor, elevator, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
-As you step into the entry way you will be welcomed by the coastal charm and luxury of our beach house. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and an oversized island which can seat up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for your family: Keurig coffee/tea bar, Cuisinart coffee pot, along with all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you can think of. For the adults you can step over to the “Cocktail Bar” area to mix up your favorite cocktail, which features a Margaritaville Bahamas Frozen Concoction Maker, Cocktail Shaker, and Electric Wine Opener!
-Dining Room is located off of the entry way and kitchen area. This space provides a coastal inspired dining room table with 6 chairs. This space is a multi-use space that could be used for office space, board games, playing cards, or to simply to gather around for great conversations with friends and family.
-The living room features a 75" TCL Google Smart TV, couch, loveseat, and an oversized chair with two ottomans to put your legs up for added comfort. Grab some popcorn and gather around with the family to enjoy your favorite show/movie on Spectrum Cable, Hulu, Disney+, or find a new premier movie on HBO Max! Off the living room area, you will find the screened in covered porch w/ a ceiling fan and a 55" TCL Google Smart TV. As you open the sliding glass doors you can feel the coastal breeze and hear the ocean waves in the distance. This porch features 2 wicker swivel egg chairs with outdoor poufs for a mid-day nap or relaxing while reading your favorite book, a lounge area with woven wicker swivel/rocker chairs, and a couch with ottomans to prop your feet up while you relax and listen to the waves breaking in the distance, listen to some music, or watch your favorite sports game or show on the 55" TCL Google Smart TV. This porch overlooks the back yard area. You will stay cool with our outdoor fan!
-Off the living room/Kitchen area you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and elevator. As you make your way to the back of the hallway you will encounter the bunk bedroom, which features a queen over queen bunkbed, which can sleep up to 2 adults on each queen bed. This bedroom also features a 55” TCL Google Smart TV with added Roku feature, for all to enjoy their favorite movies/shows or bring their own gaming system for easy connection and an amazing gaming experience! You will also find a closet with plenty of room to hang clothes and store luggage, along with fun board games for all to enjoy! This room also features a bean bag chair and Peak ICW Views!
-Next you will find the Guest Bedroom, which features a King Bed that sleeps up to 2 adults. This bedroom also features a 55” TCL Google Smart TV with added Roku for guests to enjoy their favorite movies/shows. There is a closet for hanging your clothes/storing your luggage, along with a chest with draws.
-In the main hallway you will also find a full bathroom, which features a bathtub/shower combo & a double vanity, the elevator access door, and the laundry room, which features a full-size front loader washer and dryer.
-Off of the Living Room you will find the Master Bedroom with a Private ensuite bathroom, which features a King Bed that sleeps up to 2 adults, 2 nightstands with built-in USB and USB-C charging ports, and plugs along with a chest. There is a large walk-in closet for hanging clothes/storing luggage, with added shelves in the master closet where you can find an iron, hand-held clothing steamer, and ironing board. Enjoy a movie on the 55” TCL Google Smart TV with added Roku! The Master also features a spacious master bathroom ensuite with a double door entry, separate vanities/sinks, and a coastal inspired tiled walk-in shower!

Oak Island offers many amenities which are a short walk/golf cart/bike ride: Beach Access Points (many throughout the island), Middleton Park offers green space with a splash pad, playground, and seasonal events such as concerts and markets; Oak Island Pier (Pier House for fishing passes, bait, tackle, snacks, ice cream, sodas, wine, beer, and souvenirs), restaurant, coffee shop, and event center; Mini Golf of OKI, Fixins of OKI, Salt 64, OKI Donuts & Ice Cream, Dairy Queen, Paul's of OKI, Shagger Jacks, Beach Mart for all your Beach needs, Publix Grocery Store, Food Lion Grocery Store. Visit the famous Oak Island Lighthouse! For all the golfer's there are several golf courses on Oak Island such as Par 3 Golf.
Southport, NC is across the bridge (7-10 min. drive) offering a beautiful, quaint, historic area of Southport with several Museums to explore-in which several are free or low cost: Fort Johnston-Southport Museum (famous movie locations & located in a historic fort that once defended the coast) and Visitors' Center or the NC Maritime Museum (Peek through the periscope from the USS Dolphin); Try some popular restaurant spots: Fishy, Fishy Cafe (Waterfront), Sebby's Pizza. Southport also offers a Summer Market and a famous 4th of July Festival. Head to downtown Southport to visit boutiques and film sites (Safe Haven, Dawson's Creek), then head over where you can catch the Fort Fisher Ferry-which offers key attractions from a mix of history, nature and family fun such as the NC Aquarium, Civil War sites, and pristine beaches. Bald Head Island is also a short ferry ride away with additional beaches, trails, and the Old Baldy Lighthouse and Museum-no cars are allowed on Bald Head Island, only golf carts, walking, and bikes.
Wilmington, NC is a short drive ~20-30 miles with robust coastal activities. Explore the National Register Historic District which has brick-lined streets shaded by moss-draped live oaks. Take a scroll along the scenic Riverwalk, which serves as a gateway to waterfront shopping, dining and river cruises. Just across the river is the historical Battleship of North Carolina in which you can take a tour. Depending on the time of year you visit, Wilmington holds an annual spring celebration of gardens, music an more with the North Carolina Azalea Festival. There are a few famous beach spots close by as well such as Carolina Beach an Kure Beach. Explore Carolina Beach Boardwalk which made Budget Travel's list of "America's Most Awesome Boardwalks" with seasonal live entrainment, arcade games, and weekly summer fireworks shows. Also, visit Britt's Donut Shop and the Fudgeboat, or a fun filled action-packed day for the family at Jungle Rapids Family Fun Park. For all the Golfers, there are many beautiful golf courses around the area.
North Myrtle Beach, SC is about 44 miles from Oak Island if you decide to do a day trip to Barefoot Landing, which offers a large shopping, dining, and entertainment complex.
