Lisa’s place was the perfect spot for our annual family beach vacation. Her place was extremely clean and plenty of room for our four adults and two young kids. Her kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we enjoyed coffee in the mornings out on the deck. It is definitely walking distance to the beach but if you have kids you definitely need a wagon. Lisa also had the best set up for your beach set up- plenty of chairs, tent, sand toys and a wagon. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy place to stay at the beach with kids.

Beautiful home and well stocked, including toiletries and the fridge. Never stayed at a home that was stocked with everything, all you had to do is order carry out for dinner if you arrived late!!! Great place and also very clean!!!

Literally cannot put fully into words how amazing our stay at this amazing home during our stay at Oak Island was. From the hospitality and joy that our family felt from the owners to the beauty, cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. Our family rates this home 20 out of 10. We had everything we needed and were able to make some sweet memories. Lisa and Jeremy were so attentive to detail, even down to the juice boxes and beach toys that our 8 year old enjoyed during the week. We had a great time at Lisa's beautiful house. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Lisa was a great host responding quickly to any questions I had. Amazing stay at Lisa’s cabin! This was exactly what we were looking for; beach access and stunning lake views! This cabin has every amenity you could hope for and MORE! Everything we needed for a fun filled week at Douglas Lake was at our fingertips. The beach was a short 2-3 minute drive and the hot tub was perfect for early morning/late night relaxation after a day in the National Park or Gatlinburg. Lisa was great to communicate with and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach. The home is very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Hosts are very communicative and provided recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and I would highly recommend this stay in Emerald Isle!

Lisa and Jeremy’s AirBNB had everything you could need for a week at the beach and we had a wonderful week away! The home was clean and had every available supply that you could need, from appliances to feminine products to beach gear (our 2 year old appreciated the buckets and shovels!) The condo is beautifully decorated and is in a great location - not too far of a walk to the beach and right near a walking/running path that leads to more restaurants. We did find the living room deck table to be a bit crowded for eating with 6 people, but we enjoyed the big wicker chairs. The perfect place for a nap! One other noteworthy thing, we did not realize how many stairs you had take to access the condo. The living room/kitchen is on the second floor and the bedrooms are on the third - so two long flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. It worked out okay for us (even with an independent toddler), but is something to note in case stairs are hard for your group! Thank you Lisa and Jeremy!

This beach home is perfect in every way! Lisa went above & beyond to make the place feel so welcoming, and provided everything we could possibly need during our stay. The communication was always prompt and clear, and the instructions were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home, and how awesome our experience here was. Lisa’s place was very comfortable and easy to feel right at home. The “extras” she put into her place are the best we’ve experienced from personal touches in the bathrooms, the kitchenware, down to all the beach necessitates and everything in between, if you can think of it she has it! The ONLY thing lacking is cupboard space for groceries but that’s because she has every kitchen item you’d ever need, the counter space was plentiful, as long as you don’t mind “seeing” your groceries, which we didn’t. Lisa was very proactive, supportive and quick to respond with all of needs. Emerald Isle is a beautiful place with beautiful beaches! We will be back! Thanks Lisa and Jeremy for a lovely home away from home!
